Only child
Watching video in email, I saw a document about the only children. Being an only child is for some people an unobtainable dream. They have desired it since their freedom was limited by their siblings. Most people seem not to realize that being an only child may be a real blessing but also a true course. Having no brothers or sisters has lots of advantages. One point of view in favour of being an only child is that parents can devote their full attention only to you. Your problems are the most important for them. Moreover, you have no problems with inheritance, because you are the only heir and you do not need to share anything with anyone. Thus you get a larger share of the family’s income. Besides, no one could be envious of you and you have no problems with siblings, such as fights or extra duties. Nevertheless, being an only child also has some drawbacks. One point against having no other child at home is that you have no one to socialize with. For that reason, you could become selfish and egocentric. You are not used to sharing things with anyone or being concerned about them. However long your parents live, you will have no close family in mature life.
