It is a procedure that clients like because it reminds them about their actions, responsibilities and it shows that the certain company respects them. Of course the bigger and more popular firms have got the whole follow-up system because it seems to show their high-level standard. The email boxes’ users are used to receiving such emails that are automatically triggered by the firm’s system and they often even do not read them because they contain the same information that was written while they were subscribing to mass or newsletter email list. Of course the company need to pay money for setting up such a system but it is very useful in the email marketing business and every firm should have it. Follow-up message makes a good impression on the potential clients and may encourage the clients to use their services or buy products.
