Cheap way to advertise
Any time we agree to send us an email informing about a new promotion, about some events et cetera, someone has to store those emails somewhere. It is called email address list. Useful tool for companies that need an advertising campaign. In those lists addresses can be group according to interests of a user. Recipients can be chosen to receive information about certain special offers. This action can save a lot of time sending emails because there is no point to inform a person about the promotion when a sender already know that this person will not be interested. Email address list can be stored and used by companies that trade with it. That lists are being sold to other firms that need some campaign and they find it is one of the cheapest ways to do it. But there are some not hones people that sell unauthorised email address list and do not take much money for that. So their customers fall for a ‘good offer’ and by the end of the day they send spam emails because recipients did not agreed to it.
