Some facts about html email.
Html is a special language for web pages. It seems to be complicated for novices, but those who have some knowledge about that think that it is not so difficult. Html email allows a sender to properly express quotations, headings, visual and typographic cues to improve the readability and aesthetics of the message and also semantic information encoded within the message. One of disadvantages of html email is the size. It is larger than plain text even if there is no special formatting and if formatting is heavily used it may be much higher. What is more, html email is not optimal from a semantic web point of view. Another thing is that some of the users think that html format makes messages more difficult to read. But luckily for those that are bothered by this formatting, some user agents make it possible for the reader to partially override the formatting.
